Incoming mission

From 3 to 9 September, the Incoming Mission from the Philippines, in particular from the province of Guimaras, took place in the Czech Republic. The delegation consisted of two members: Ms. Elena Quezon from the regional administration and Ing. Eugene Palmes from the business sphere. The invitation to implement the mission came from CREA Hydro & Energy in cooperation with the Honorary General Consulate in Brno, headed by Ing. Břetislvom Skácelom and Bc. Barbora Tulpíková. During their visit they  attended several meetings, most of which took place at the Mendel University and the South Moravian Region in Brno and in Prague at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and at the Philippine Embassy.

The course of the entire mission was in the spirit of future cooperation. There was an agreed memorandum between the philippine´s side  and Mendel University on the future mobility of students and teachers. The mission was also successful in terms of strengthening negotiations with potential buyers in the export of manga to the Czech markets.

The course of the whole mission is evaluated very positively, as evidenced by photos from the surroundings of the center of Brno as well as Prague.
