Our team

Břetislav Skácel

Ing. Břetislav Skácel studied at the Brno University of Technology. In 2004 he also finished his manager studies at Open University Czech Republic, Business School.

As a project manager, he participated in the realization of projects from the area of ecological resources and water treatment and supplies of plant and large industrial works, especially abroad. In 2005 he established alliance “Czech Renewable Energy Alliance” and became its manager. He leads its transformation into cluster CREA Hydro&Energy, o.s. Currently, he is the chairman of the committee and cluster manager.

Since 2001, he has led many projects focusing on development aid in the Philippines. In 2012 he was appointed Honorary Consul of the Philippines in Brno.
